What do you love most about your job?
The teamwork that happens pretty much every minute. Each team of employees we have formed provides a specialized area of knowledge and we come together as one giant team hopefully to create a success story for every client.
How do you define success?
Success is when a client is safe and has successfully worked and continues to work through barriers to become self-sufficient. Ongoing case management is a huge part of a client being successful.
What is your favorite thing about working at YCC Family Crisis Center?
There is always food. Okay, just kidding, I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with each day.
What would you name the autobiography of your life?
Yep, That Really Happened!
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I always wanted to learn to fly a crop duster. Maybe someday…
What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
Who inspires you and why?
My MOM and DAD (M & D), too long of a story but I love them to the moon and back!
What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
Maybe not such a fun fact but I earned my Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Arizona State University, Cum Laude. I was working full-time, student teaching, completing schoolwork, and being mom in the evening. The fun was when it was over!
Where is your favorite place to vacation and why?
Moab, it reminds me of where I grew up, Arizona.
